A federal government office in Putrajaya assigned 34 executive bays with BRX-PL800 parking locks and controlled the vehicle entrance with a BRX-6000 boom barrier, ending the routine misuse of reserved parking.

Challenge
Reserved bays were regularly taken by other vehicles and there was no practical way to enforce an allocation. Guards spent much of each shift checking windscreens and asking drivers to move, and the facility office still could not prove how the bays were used.
Solution
Thirty-four reserved bays received BRX-PL800 automatic parking locks that retract only for the assigned plate read by the bay controller or a registered card. The entrance uses a BRX-6000 boom barrier with an ANPR camera, and both systems write into a single daily occupancy report for the facility office.
Result
Misuse of allocated bays fell to zero over the 12-month period after commissioning, guard time previously spent on bay checks was reassigned to patrol duty, and the facility office now reports on all 34 reserved bays from one system.
