A hotel at Genting Highlands reserved its 46 premium and valet bays with BRX-PL800 parking locks and controlled the car-park entrance with ANPR boom barriers, so VIP and valet bays are never occupied by general parking.

Challenge
Premium and valet bays were routinely taken by general visitors during peak periods, and valet staff had to relocate vehicles at short notice. The hotel also had no plate-level record of which vehicle occupied a valet bay overnight.
Solution
Forty-six bays received BRX-PL800 automatic parking locks that retract for the assigned plate or a valet card held by the concierge. The car-park entrance uses a BRX-6000 boom barrier with an ANPR camera, and valet movements are written to a bay-level report the concierge team reviews at each shift handover.
Result
Premium and valet bays are now always available for the vehicles assigned to them, valet relocations at peak periods stopped, and the concierge team works from a bay-by-bay occupancy report instead of a paper sheet.
