A government office building in Putrajaya reserved its executive bays with BRX-PL800 parking locks and controlled the main entrance with an ANPR boom barrier, ending the misuse of allocated bays by unregistered vehicles.

Challenge
Allocated executive and official-vehicle bays were regularly occupied by other vehicles, and the building had no way to enforce reservations or to demonstrate that the bays were used as assigned. Guards were spending much of each shift checking windscreens and asking drivers to move.
Solution
Twenty-eight reserved bays received BRX-PL800 automatic parking locks that lower only when the assigned plate is read by the bay controller or the driver presents a registered card. The main vehicle entrance uses a BRX-6000 boom barrier with an ANPR camera, and both systems write to a single occupancy report the facility office reviews each morning.
Result
Misuse of allocated bays fell to zero in the 12 months after commissioning, guard time previously spent on bay checks was reassigned to patrol duties, and the facility office now has a daily occupancy report for all 28 reserved bays.
