A 640-unit high-end condominium in Mont Kiara replaced its guard-controlled lobby doors and car-park gates with RFID boom barriers and BRX-TS900 turnstiles, so residents now reach the lift lobby in under 15 seconds at any hour while every visitor is still identified.

Challenge
Two security guards per shift manually verified residents at the lobby and the car-park ramp, and tailgating into the basement was common during the evening peak. Management also wanted a verifiable visitor log after repeated complaints about unauthorised pool and gym access.
Solution
Residents received long-range UHF tags for the ramp barrier and RFID cards for two lobby turnstiles; each turnstile triggers a camera snapshot on every passage. Visitors are registered at the guard house against a QR pass that expires automatically at midnight, and all events stream to the management office via the building network.
Result
Average resident entry time dropped from roughly 45 seconds to under 15 seconds, tailgating reports fell to near zero, and the management office now holds a time-stamped record of more than 90,000 monthly passages without adding guard headcount.
